Messages and corrections
The submission form sends your message, store reference, optional official source URL and optional reply email to the directory’s server. These are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database for editorial review. Submissions are visible to authorized reviewers, not public readers, and are not published automatically. Avoid sensitive personal information.
Approved listing data
Approved factual corrections update the authoritative directory. Earlier listing values, sources, dates and reviewer notes are retained in history. Reviewers must keep personal contact details and private message text out of public listing notes. Exports of the private submission queue may contain contact information and must be handled privately.
The form does not send automatic email notifications. Direct email links open your email app; sending through that app uses your email provider. Messages emailed to the receiving Gmail address are handled by Gmail under its service policies.
Hosting and access
Sites provides HTTPS hosting and optional sign-in for authorized editorial access. Cloudflare Workers serves the application and D1 stores directory submissions and approved records. Sites processes sign-in and hosting requests; its service privacy rules apply. This project has not configured provider log-retention settings. Visitors can browse without signing in. Editorial review and the private submission queue remain restricted to authorized reviewers.
Abuse controls and storage
The server uses a salted hash of the forwarded user identifier or network address for short-window submission rate limiting; raw network addresses are not stored by the application in submission records. Hosting providers may process request logs. Pending and reviewed submissions currently remain stored until the operator removes them; no automatic deletion schedule is configured. You can contact the operator to request deletion; no automatic deletion period has been adopted.
Ads, analytics and browser data
No ad-serving scripts, analytics, tracking pixels or marketing cookies are enabled. A static AdSense account-verification meta tag and an ads.txt seller declaration identify the intended publisher; they do not load Google advertising technology or set advertising cookies. No new browser-local listing or suggestion storage is used. Earlier prototype drafts may remain on devices that used the old workflow; the button below clears those legacy drafts. Clearing browser data does not delete received server submissions or previously exported files.
Before future advertising
Advertising remains disabled. If it is introduced, third-party vendors including Google may use cookies based on prior visits to this site or other websites. Google and its partners may use advertising cookies to personalize ads, and may process other identifiers, web beacons and IP addresses for advertising and measurement. The actual partners and their data use, consent choices where required, and applicable opt-outs must be disclosed before activation. Personalized ads for visitors in the EEA, UK and Switzerland would require a Google-certified consent platform. No such platform or advertising message is active on this site.

Directions and official-site links lead to third-party websites with their own privacy policies. No maps or videos load automatically.
